Breakfast was so delicious. I decided to go back and try lunch.

Milk & Honey – 214 11th Ave, Nashville, TN

My husband is already at his conference so I’m on my own for lunch today. After a full morning at the Nashville Music Hall of Fame, I’m hungry.

A short walk from 5th to 11th on Demonbreun Street, down the steps and I’m in The Gulch and practically at the door step of Milk & Honey.

The staff was friendly, from the hosts to the waiter.  Speaking of waiters, they are smartly dressed in black pants, white buttoned down shirts with a black tie and, of course, a properly tied apron to pull the look together. This downstairs bistro has it all!

Today is “Road Tripp’n Day”, but first breakfast.

While doing my pre-trip research I found a place called Biscuit Love.  Previously an airstream food truck, turned into three brick-and-mortar locations.  They open early for breakfast and stay open through late lunch.  Specializing in made from scratch biscuits of course. Their creations are homemade and use locally sourced ingredients. … Perfect!
