Banana dipped in sunflower seeds….creamy, crunchy goodness … yum!
Dip the banana, to get the seeds to stick, just before each bite.
After I get a well deserved sleep in Monday. (I’m on vacation after all. The husband is already up dressed and taking care of work emails.) He and I take a short walk from the hotel to The Gulch area.
Today we are trying Milk & Honey and it does not disappoint. (Two out of two in The Gulch. Odds are improving on this trip.)

What do you do with quick bread leftovers?
What do you do with over ripe bananas on a hot summer day? …. Make banana bread of course, but at this time of the year skip the oven.
Here’s a thought…. You’re about to boil noodles, what do the directions on the box say?
Does it say “add salt to water, bring to boil”?
I say – why does it need to be regular salt?
